Choose a Local Home & Move In

Choose from our available inventory in Delaware or Pennsylvania. Once a qualifying home is selected, you’ll move in under a written rent-to-own agreement. We verify income, credit direction, and any applicable county/program requirements in advance to support a future purchase. All final paperwork is signed and completed at a local attorney’s office.

Step 3

Build Toward Purchase Using Local Incentives

While you rent, a portion of your monthly payment can be credited toward your future purchase. We'll connect you with local housing counselors and DE/PA incentive programs to improve credit and savings so you can exercise your option to buy when ready.
